HOW IT WORK AIRBNB

Bookings

To secure your appointments, please email admin@thatchers.co.au a screenshot of your Air BnB calendar or provide a list of all dates + times of guests departing and arriving.

For same-day change overs (back-2-back, b2b) we require a minimum 4 hour window (i.e. 10am- 2pm, 11am - 3pm).

There is a $5 priority fee for all b2b appointments in order to prioritise your clean and ensure it's completed before the next guest arrives.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all bookings. If a host allows instant bookings and this occurs with less than 48 hours notice then we do our utmost but can't guarantee that we will have free space at short notice.

First Clean

For new hosts, we are happy to organise a more in-depth initial clean if you feel that it's required.

Common areas that may need extra attention are the inside of cupboards, the oven, grout between tiles in the shower, extractor fans, blinds and windows. If an initial deep clean is not conducted then our guarantee only covers the areas we clean during a standard clean

Airbnb Guarantee

We guarantee all our work and will return free of charge if a guest were unhappy. This guarantee covers the areas booked in to be cleaned. If a standard visit is booked then our guarantee covers the areas that are cleaned during a standard but excludes areas outside of this scope. If we're needed to return to clean areas outside of the booking then our standard rates apply.

Guest Keys 

Please note that we do not take responsibility for providing your guests access. This responsibility lies with the host or guests in ensuring keys are in the correct place. Our keys are held securely in premises we only have access to between 8am-6pm therefore are unable to provide 24/7 key service.
